These two workshops include powerpoint presentations to initiate students to the techniques of DNA cloning and DNA sequencing. The three first days of the workshop are used to execute the cloning steps, the clones' clean up, and check gel. The last day is reserved for DNA PCR sequencing preparation and amplification. These 2 workshops are also offered separately. Advanced level.
