Big Island Water Resources Conference II
Purpose: To bring researchers and managers together to share information about their past, current, or future projects regarding freshwater and coastal water resources on Hawai’i Island.
Why: To encourage discussions on ecohydrology, hydrology, ecology, and biogeochemistry of freshwater and coastal resources and especially encourage those on current threats to Big Island water resources like climate change, invasive species, development, and pollution, as well as those examining cultural and traditional management use and practices.
